“Had a great experience bringing my VW Jetta 2009 to Ian at Precise Auto in Woburn. He was responsive and informative over the phone. Was able to look at the car and diagnose the engine light problem right away. Did an amazing job on the repair and stayed in touch to let me know what the cost would be after looking at the car carefully. Some shops say they can work on VW/Audi/Porsche, Ian you can tell, really has some great experience with these cars. He also just doesn't replace parts, searching for a fix. He tests, validates the problem before replacing things. Very impressed with his skills. He also works on Mazda and Honda, so I'm bringing my girlfriends Mazda 3 who's engine light just came on. Nice to find someone who's passionate about their work.”
