(March 4, 2019, 6:24 pm)The service department was wonderful! Explained to me that the problem I brought our Sentra for took a very short time to easily fix. As a result adjusted our bill to reflect the time the mechanic spent fixing our issue. So appreciated the thoughtful honesty demonstrated, adjustment to their pricing and will definitely return for future service.
(February 20, 2019, 11:43 am)It went fine. Though I had to ask the service person for the results of the diagnostic work which was performed. Granted nothing was wrong but it would be nice if they volunteered the results without me having to prompt them.
(February 5, 2019, 9:13 pm)Excellent service. I pulled in here because I had a piece of plastic hanging from underneath my pathfinder. The gentlemen in the garage waived me right in. By the time I finished explaining the issue, Holly had already fixed it. Unreal service, I was in and out in about 90 seconds. I even tried to give her a couple bucks to grab an ice coffee and she would not except. I will take my vehicles here for now on. Thank you!!!!
(January 26, 2019, 4:39 pm)I stopped in for a quick check of some dashboard indicator lights. Holly came right over to greet me and invited me to drive my car into a bay. She quickly assessed the issues, filled my tires and searched for any recalls service alerts. I was in and out in 25 minutes - with my new wiper blades installed! Holly is fantastic. She efficient but not hurried, so you feel you have her personal attention. Thank you to Holly (and the service tech who installed my wipers)! I’ll be back to test drive the hybrid Rogue :)
(December 19, 2018, 7:17 pm)From the first time I went for my oil change the young lady was amazing friendly it was Halloween and she won best costume I'm so sorry i forgot her name but she was great kept me updated on everything easy to talk to and ask questions she took her time and you could tell she did it because she wanted to not because it was her job amazing young lady great customer service...2018... My next visit was for my transmission and I had another customer service person his name was Phi Phi again great experience they had to keep my car they didn't have a loaner car the day I dropped it off but the next day they came and picked me from work and the courtesy driver was also amazing and friendly we just talked and laughed all the way back ..But to end this my experience with Nissan Woburn was great and I will definitely go back you guys have a great team
