Orders ship out the door right away and they are completely hassle free if you change your mind on something or order the wrong size. It is hard to look online and not find something you like.

Not only is the gear original and awesome, the product descriptions are accurate, and the communication from the company (email confirmations, shipping status) is incredible. I knew the status of my order at all times, keeping me informed and also super excited! Leave it to a crew of Bostonians to understand how to run a 5-Star company (not wicked biased, I promise!)

BEST customer service! Extremely responsive to email (wrote back within 24 hours). I had to exchange a t-shirt that was given to me as a gift, and wanted to exchange it for a t-shirt that was $2.00 more. While I was willing to pay the extra $2.00, Chowdaheadz waived the extra cost and sent me a new t-shirt right away.
