I purchased some outdoor furniture and wasn't sure if it would fit in my car. An employee named Colin spent over 15 minutes figuring out how to get everything into my car (while also being very careful not to scratch it), so I wouldn't have to make two trips. I was amazed and very thankful for his help. This truly was 5-star service!”

“Seemed like any other home Depot to me. They had a convenient contractor pick up area that was covered and seemed to get some good use. The bathrooms were clean and easy to find (all the way to the right of the store) and there seemed to be plenty of people at the registers.”

“We had a tankless heater fail and the plumber who installed it was of no help. We reached out to KJ and they were quick to get over and stuck with us through a difficult process to obtain the part and get it installed, all for a very reasonable price on a system they were unfamiliar with. All the while they were friendly and communicative and a pleasure to work with. While we hope not to have any problems in the near future, we will give them another call first if something comes up.”

“*** update*** Wendy the whiner is gone!!! She once sat on her duff, scolding CUSTOMERS, over the intercom for knocking things off shelves while shopping. The new owner is great! This store has a decent selection. Most of the employees are great especially Lionel...The manger Wendy "the whiner" with long wavy hair and the "bad back, that hates working the register," needs a serious refresher in customer service...and maybe shouldn't divulge to customers, in such detail, how much she hates her job.”

“Great visually appealing store with items always in stock. Plus the staff there is always so "gosh darn helpful".. If there's an occasion where the item is temporarily out of stock the salesperson will contact another store and offer ship to store. Which is a lifesaver option...I don't have time out of my day to schlep back and forth for office products. Staples offers the convenience of hassle free shopping. I really like that option, and the store is always impressing me with uncluttered aisles and deep discounts.. I highly recommend stopping by and saying hi to the friendly staff.????”
