I had a large order with almost 40 products from my contractor and he diligenly went through my whole list multiple times with me. For items not in stock he made multiple phone calls to his suppliers and did all the calculations based on what my contractor requires and how the items were sold (how many packages or bundles, converting inches and feet, etc). I asked him to check multiple times and each time he happily did it and did not complain, push or argue with me once. Every time I came in, he made time for me and never rushed me out.
