“This is the first entirely pleasant and seamless experience I have ever had getting a new phone. I basically upgraded from a stone ages primitive phone to an iPhone 13. Even during pandemic procedures, the manager, Antonio, was professional, knowledgeable, calm, kind, efficient, and resourceful. The process of transferring content to a new phone typically takes hours. It took him less than 15 minutes, even as I was upgrading from an ancient phone. In the future I will only go to this store and I will only ask for Antonio. What an amazing experience. Thank you guys so much.”
