“I have been to several of the Natick area Laundromats but once I visited Laundry Loft I knew this would be my laundromat going forward. Great location next to Roche Brothers. The hours are convenient, they are open daily until 11pm. The place is bright and clean, the machines are clean and work well, washers wash well and the dryers are powerful and quick. The machines accept quarters or credit card and there is a machine to change bills into quarters if needed. The owner is responsive and a pleasure to deal with. She does an excellent job providing customer service and you can tell she truly values her customers which unfortunately is rare these days. I highly recommend people check Laundry Loft out”
