My bud tender was Linda and she not only had a glowing, positive attitude but she was extremely helpful with helping me find just what I needed. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about all products, explaining and informing me of all strains, bud, wax, THC percentage etc! like it was nothing! I will 100% go back- and hopefully get Linda as my bud tender again! Every dispensary would be lucky to have her as an employee!”

“Our dog has been a Crate Escape regular for nearly a decade. We credit her experience at The Crate as a big factor in her amazing socialization skills. She loves to come to daycare and flies in with joy to join her group of pals, and she flies out with a huge smile on her face to be reunited with us when it's pick-up time. The staff are lovely, helpful, great listeners, and they know each dog well. If there are special instructions, they follow them carefully. If they observe something notable during the day, they pass it on to the dogs' owners. We always feel confident leaving our darling there to play, knowing she'll have a great time and be safe. The administration is careful to stress safety and health care requirements. In addition to daycare, we use their boarding and grooming services, which are excellent. We love the Crate dearly. ♥️♥️”

There were two young guys working the desk with ear pods in that had no interest in helping us, even after asking for help. We took our business elsewhere. The original issue was unfortunate, but the ownership seems to be willing to take feedback and make corrections, which is all you can ask for.”

“Bill at the PRO desk is probably the most patient and helpful person I've ever worked with. I had a large order with almost 40 products from my contractor and he diligenly went through my whole list multiple times with me. For items not in stock he made multiple phone calls to his suppliers and did all the calculations based on what my contractor requires and how the items were sold (how many packages or bundles, converting inches and feet, etc). I asked him to check multiple times and each time he happily did it and did not complain, push or argue with me once. Every time I came in, he made time for me and never rushed me out. I feel Bill is a gem of a person to work with and I am so happy to have found him!”

Appears as if no one goes here but appears people are always in and out which is a good sign it’s good. We ordered the steak bombshell, steak and cheese and captains platter. The steak was delish and the captains platter I believe is the best I’ve ever had. Something about the batter! I would highly recommend. “I went for a watch battery replacement, and would have been out of there in just a few minutes except that my watch also needed some links added, and the owner was willing to peruse his collection of watch bands to find some that might fit. I went back to pick up my watch a couple of hours later and I now have a working watch that fits my wrist! The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable and obviously cares a great deal about doing a good job.”

She listened, then started bringing me pieces from all over the store - clothes that I would not have given a second look on my own. I ended up with a spectacular, fun jacket with OH-so comfortable flowy black pants, and had a great time at the event. (Added bonus- both pieces are extremely versatile AND machine washable!) Service here is 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. There is never a hard sell, but soft encouragement and honest feedback on the fit, colors, style & suitability. The receptionist matched me with Dr. Schmidt who was very knowledgeable about German Shepherds and spent over an hour talking with me about proper puppy care, He was extremely gentle and showed care and compassion towards my dog. The entire staff was very welcoming and wonderful to interact with. The Vet fees and price were the same as the other clinics I looked into, The receipt was itemized and made it clear what I was being charged for and how much. They suggested pet insurance and strongly encouraged me to shop around for one that I felt comfortable with. They even gave me a promo code for Turpanion insurance for free 30 days coverage with no obligation to continue (they will call you to see if you want to continue coverage) The office hours are very flexible, I was surprised I was able to make an appointment on a Sat to see the Vet. I'm very happy to have brought my dog here.”
