“I had some concerns about my mother, a recent widow, moving into Randall Residence after being married for 60 years and living in the same home for 45 years. She moved into a one bedroom apartment in the Independent Living wing. My main concerns were dealing with a completely different lifestyle and not having any friends nearby. The process was simple and hassle free, the Randall team is very professional, but I knew she was going to be lonely and need a lot of help orienting herself to a new lifestyle. Colleen was outstanding helping my mother get her apartment setup for her electronics and the resident Nurse Practitioner Bobbie and Nurse Christina are incredibly patient focused. This put my mother at ease. The staff has a lot of pride in the facilities. This place is beautifully decorated and maintained. It's interesting to note that the community is super friendly and actually quite social before and during dinner. My mother said she met some really nice people that are a lot of fun to socialize with. The value proposition of Randall (no investment required), the high quality of the staff, and the vibe of the facilities and common areas is very welcoming. I have looked at other communities and there isn't a nicer setup in Southwest Ohio. Combine the amenities of Centerville, it's really a great setup that has worked out well for us.”

“The store usually has wonderful very friendly customer service & a great selection with decent prices for a convenience store. The problem is that they almost always close early... For example, they would not even let in a regular customer before the posted closing time to get literally one item! THEY CLOSE EARLY A LOT & THAT'S REALLY NOT CONVIENENT. They would not even apologize for the inconvenience. I would think especially for a customer that they recognize from shopping several times a week that they could unlock the door so I could get one item that was very important and necessary for that evening & would not even acknowledge me when I told them to have a great night.”

“I ended up at this place by accident, due to it's name being similar to another Newton salon I had gone to a few times. This one has the Italian correct :-). I had a gel manicure done for an upcoming vacation. The manicurist did a great job, no streaks, no imperfections. Because with Shellac you're living with those imperfections for a long time, you want it done right. The second time I went was at the last minute. I walked in and the owner took me right away for a French manicure. Again, a great manicure, this one lasting for 3 weeks until it was growing out so much I had to remove it. I like that they ask about the shape and length you prefer your nails and don't argue when you tell them what you want. Good selection of colors, reasonably priced.”

He basically explains in detail the steps that he will take to get you back feeling your old self. “We couldn't have been happier with Angel, his foreman (Santos) and their crew! Angel was quite responsive by phone and immediately set up an appointment to review the job (interior rooms of condo in Victorian). The painters arrived on time the day they promised and finished up at the end of four days. At the end of each day, they meticulously cleaned up. They repaired drywall that had to be cut for appliances and plumbing work. They were attentive to detail. And, on top of it all, they were friendly, respectful and hard-working. (If I had young children, I would have been comfortable having them work for me. That was a determinant many years ago when my daughter was young.) I hope to have them return in 2022 once I've decided on other paint colors!”
