“Outstanding Shopping Experience with the help of employee Samuel and manager. Went to Walmart in Avon MA on Monday April 1st for some potting soil. The price was right and there was plenty available right by the Garden Center entrance, but the gate was closed and locked. With a very painful back it was going to be near if not impossible for me to get soil without going all the way to the front of the store. Employee Samuel was phenomenal. He knew it would not be an easy task to get that Garden Center gate opened for me, but he stayed patient, went and found a manager, and proceeded to make this go so smoothly I ended up buying a lot more potting soil than originally expected. Samuel should truly be commended, along with the incredibly nice male manager as well, who saw to it that I was and am 110% satisfied. They brought the potting soil directly to my vehicle and the manager then even loaded it up for me too. Lots of people write reviews to complain when things don't go well, but not everyone takes the time when things go excellent. Well thank you to Walmart, Samuel, and the manager as well, for making this a truly exceptional shopping experience It is and was very much appreciated, Dave”
