(January 3, 2019, 7:35 pm)I went to get an upgrade on my phone, I was lucky to have Bill Adamo as the Verizon worker who helped us today. He was very knowledgeable about everything, very very kind when it came to anything we asked and he was also very honest about everything we were signing and letting us know exactly what we were doing.
(December 22, 2018, 1:20 pm)Went to this store instead of Mansfield to upgrade my phone. Very glad I did. Staff was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Took care of everything for me, free of charge. Seamless process. Will never go to the Mansfield store again.

I wanted to specifically thank Jeff the store manager for his diligence, kindness and most importantly his patience. I have experienced firsthand and witnessed his work ethic with customers and his staff. I actually planned on cancelling my Verizon account until I visited this particular location. He encouraged me to give him and his staff the opportunity to resolve my issues with Verizon and I HAVE to reiterate he was the reason I decided not to cancel my phone services. Lastly he treats every customer and each one of his staff members with respect and integrity. He leads by example. That is unfortunately a rarity today.
