“I just went in to get my toner and ended up having an amazing conversation with 2 lovely women I didn’t catch there names but one was tall with red hair and the other platinum blonde hair. As a manager in customer service myself dealing with rude and miserable customers all day everyday I really appreciate how easy it was to talk with them like old friends, and have someone just smile at me. Very personable and made feel very welcome. Even though my trip their was short these ladies made every minute enjoyable. Thank you.”

“This Starbucks started off really nice with the friendly staff and environment. Things started to go down hill when it came to my ordering. It was a mix of miscommunication, and computer problems. During the ordering process another person had to come and add aid. After and few good solid moments that person had to call the manager. This is where things started to pick up for the better. After cleared communications, and a reset of my order the manager and I came to a well understanding. This will understating truly made this experience a silver lining.”

“This place was mind blowing in my opinion it reminds me of your friendly neighborhood Ralph’s. I was pleased to be in a similar store that reminded me of the grocery stores at home. I was lost at times but there workers like everyone in this city was shockingly kind and one worker i don’t remember her name basically was my personal shopper while i was looking for everything my family listed me to get she helped me aisle to aisle and i found everything much faster with her assistance. The one in North Attleboro was a total turn off, the people working we very uninterested in helping me or waiting on me. They were more interested in the the conversation about the night before.
