Comprehensive Pain Management

Great staff and doctors. Helped tremendously in controlling my pain due to compressed nerve in my neck/shoulder area due to herniated disc. Front office staff, insurance coordinators, medical assistants, nurse practitioners and doctors are all so professional and caring. I was given the proper referrals for consults to make sure I covered all my bases. Options and expectations were all discussed and explained.

Great office. I hope I never have to use their services again but if I do, I am comforted in knowing that there is an efficient group that can take care of all my needs.

I think I already left a review but I will say this again. The people who work at this clinic are very professional and nice. Dr. Chan is a doll, he does all of my lumbar injections and he talks you though everything he is doing (I am a very nervous person with shots so this really helps!). The front desks girls are super, can't say enough about them. All of the healthcare professionals here are so easy to talk with and are generally concerned with any issues you may have. I highly recommend them for all your pain management concerns!

During my treatment at Franklin Pain and Wellness for my chronic neck and back pain was an Outstanding experience! I would like to stress that Dr. Chan is very good at what he does and is compassionate about the issue. I have had numerous neck injections for my bulging discs and every time I left in tears of relief and joy! This was very scary for me because I already have a Harrington rod placed on each side of my spine but him and his assistant eased my anxiety before the procedure and before I knew it my pain level had dropped!! My nurse Tarsha was very personable and made me feel very comfortable as we went over possible treatment options. The office itself is very clean and high tech. Over all the staff is very caring and will be missed. I would highly recommend anyone suffering with chronic pain issues to have your doc refer you and make an appt!! The Google review program only let me give them 4 stars but they deserve 5!! Thank you Dr. Chan and Staff😀
