  We have been patients of Milford Franklin eye center for 15 years with Dr. Hatch. I was concerned when he retired if we would connect with his new replacement, Dr. Patel.
  She was amazing! She was gracious, informative, and engaging with me and my children. She is definitely on top of her game. Loved her!

  The Franklin office was easy to find and conveniently located. The wait time was minimal and the office was very modern, spacious and clean. My 5 year old saw Dr. Conn for a full eye exam. The whole experience took about an hour and was very thorough. My child did not require a prescription, however if he did they had an optical shop onsite. The doctor and staff were very pleasant upon arrival and at departure. Would recommend and will return for follow ups.

  With the exception of one tech, I have never had an issue with quality of care. I used to allot three hours for appts here because they really overbooked. This year was much different. I was in and out within an hour. Dr Hong was great. Too bad he’s a temporary replacement. The staff were all very courteous and friendly. One person remembered me from my visit last year , too.

  Saw Dr Adam’s who is wonderful. Appt did not feel rushed and he explains everything. He also made sure all of my questions were answered. Jessica took me for testing prior and she is excellent and very professional.
