  Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. They explained everything in such detail and stepped me threw everything they were doing to each part of my home. The detailing they did on my grout is beyond amazing with such a great outcome. Will definitely use again as well as recommend to others!

  The employees were respectful and courteous. They used all proper devices to prevent the heat from leaving the house when the hoses came through the door, and plastic corners preventing the bottom of the doors from the hose rubbing up. The gentleman worked hard, and were respectful. I would highly recommend ! Stanley Steemer is simple, easy, and fast !

I am extremely dissappointed in the services. I had an after hours cleaning scheduled for 03/13/2019 out of the San Leandro office. No one showed up or called. This was an important cleaning as we have important guests coming through our facility tomorrow. I, personally, used Stanley Steemer and have never had a problem.
