“The Blue Hills area is awesome. Great to walk your dog or just hike. The short walk around the pond is great when cold, otherwise you can spent hours in the woods if you desire more. Good destination for a nice Sunday walk.”

“Big fan of this place a little less in the winter when people are skiing. The trails are easy on the knees and not difficult. Try walking up the access road for the best work out”

“Great advice from Kevin regarding lawn maintenance and problem solving. The A Thomas crew put sod in our side yard and did an outstanding professional job. May Kevin and Michelle have a Blessed and Fulfilling Marriage. May they find joy and surprises in the dance of married life.”

“Wonderful Selection of plants, many of them native or hard-to-find. I was very impressed with some of the rare perennials available, many of which I haven't seen anywhere else. You can get lost wandering the ample grounds and huge selection. I visited in late summer, and can imagine how great it would be to visit in the spring. Highly recommended.”

“Love this place, visited several times with my 2 children who enjoy this easy hike. We met there with 3 friends and their children a group of 12! It's just lovely and the view of Boston was the best of any day I've visited previously. The kids ranged in age from 5 to 14- they all enjoyed themselves! Bring snacks for a treat at the top!”

“Very clean, trails are marked by dots on trees, which are fun to spot for children. Some trails are challenging but easy enough for kids to do it. I've been taking my boys to Blue Hills since they were 4 yo. and they absolutely love it. The museum at the bottom is a place to visit too, we have learned from the signs about birds that were rescued and are now part of the small zoo they have. is always so much fun to watch the otter swim and do tricks. There is a picnic area at the bottom as well as the top. The restrooms were very clean. and there's a water fountain near it. Two parking lots with access to different trails.”
