very good store for vegetables and fruits, as well as rustic chicken, breads, wines and other varieties of food and also has a very nice snack bar.
Always great sandwiches at the deli. Haven't tried anything from the market but looks like a great selection
Volante is an amazing gem hidden in Needham. It's completely based around local product, whether it's outside they've grown on their grounds or product they've brought in from other local sellers, they don't import anything. They have a neat little nook with beer, wine, and cider, sections for cheese, meat, frozen, and dairy in addition to produce, and their staff are almost always delightful. The only drawback is that you have to pay more for higher quality product, so if you're on a budget, this might be the wrong place.
Volante Farms is our source for local produce of all kinds. Right now the apples are plenty in type and quantity and the taste is outstanding.
Volante also has a selection of locally produced top quality meats of all kinds.
This is a hidden gem hot spot. Huge store that offers fresh local fruit and vegetables. They also serve coffee with a sitting area. A deli section, a wine and cheese section, fresh local breads, and other fun stuff too much to mention. Do not drive by this place without stopping in (I almost did)!
