I had approximately 40K worth of water damage caused by ICE DAM last winter to my house in Wellesley,MA I engaged Consolidated Contractor Flood Restoration in Needham. I found this company to be not only professional but sensitive to both the impact of the damage to me while I was trying to sell my house with this much damage but also willing to work with me around a strategy and timetable. The work crew was extremely professional, skilled and sensitive to my needs since I continued to reside in the house during repairs. This was an amazing crew! It should be noted I had a house with a great deal of architectural detail which needed to be dismantled and then put back together. The execution was impeccable I was even able to sell my house with the repairs in process due the confidence the Buyer had in the company. . I rarely write reviews but this company should be recognized for its excellence in work, results and interpersonal skills. The leadership fostered a feeling of partnership and collaboration.
