“I have lived here for almost 2 years. There are a lot of lovely things about the complex. The grounds are so pretty and they have a nice gym and a open door policy at their management office -- you can go there any time with questions or issues. There were some issues with a tenant above us our first year....as well as with some pipes (it's definitely an older building) but the management office and the maintenance crew were all so very kind. It was a hard time that was made much easier with their support and responsiveness. I especially enjoyed my interactions with Christy and Keith - Christy is a lovely person who had actually rented our place to us. She was supportive throughout our issues and was always available to listen and try to find an answer. Keith is the manager of the office and really was supportive as well. In an older complex, things happen. That sort of support is key. I feel very happy with the team as a whole. And look forward to more years here.”

“This location is not closed, but taken over by a different property group. My husband and I spent a good 5 weeks looking for the right apartment. We needed a lot of space and preferably everything new. We literally looked at 60 plus apartments. Upon arrival we were greeted by the Assistant Property Manager, Michael. Although he was getting ready to leave for the day, he stayed and spoke with us about our needs and toured us through several apartments. We actually came back twice to look again as we were narrowing everything down to what best suited our needs. The apartments were beautiful. Updated appliances, cabinets, and wooden floors throughout. We loved it. Michael remained patient, personable and informative throughout the entire process. He was punctual with all correspondence, very professional and yet full of personality. We enjoyed him very much. I think they are a bit short staffed at the moment, but Michael still remained attentive and able to juggle Every thing at once. Unfortunately, due to all daycares being full in norwood and commute issues for my husband, we decided to go with another property (which by the way, the apartment we chose is not as nice as one upland) Thank you, Michael, for going above and beyond for us.
