“Dave and his guys were absolutely amazing! When our roof had been replaced (15 years ago), the flashing had been done incorrectly AND the incline on the roof was not to code so it also had that going against it. We had paid 2 other contractors to repair this roof - to no avail. Dave and his guys replaced our family room and 3 season porch roofs and we haven't had a problem since...even after the crazy weather we've had. We also had a different areas of our home repaired at least twice before RES, because of a flashing issue. They repaired the flashing and did new gutters all around. When RES was done and we had our first real rain storm, I held my breath...and guess what, no water!!! I also need to share, that Dave and his crew were incredibly conscientious and compassionate. We had to push our job out and Dave couldn't have been more kind. All this and the job came in right where he said it would!!! Thank you, Dave and company! We so appreciated your kindness, hard work, willingness to help and a job well done!”

“I have to say one of the best home electrical companies I had do work for me. We needed two light fixtures replaced with ones I had bought. The Castle crew showed up on time, reviewed with me what needed to be replaced and proceeded immediately to working on removing the old fixtures. The bathroom was the easiest and done quickly. The kitchen fixture took a little more time. When both new lights were done and turned on the difference was immediate. My wife was thrilled with both but especially the kitchen one. The 2-man team set about cleaning up all the wire cuttings, boxes and old fixtures to take with them. I was impressed that the whole process took just under an hour. A 5 thumbs up from us.”

“Don't visit when there is a patriots game. They are super busy and unless you're flying in for the game and have lots of $$$ they won't give you the time of day. When I flew in, there were no ramp personnel to guide me to a parking space. I parked and shutdown over a yellow "T" spot, but then was told it wasn't a spot. Luckily they moved the plane for me. I was in and out picking up a passenger. My return trip to drop the passenger off I knew not to park there, but again no ramp guidance.”

“I had to get a rental car while my Jaguar was in service. Please note, this is a small Avis so they cannot drive the car to you! Uber came to the rescue and got me to Avis (super simple); overall very easy and transparent experience! Also, I had an issue with my credit card and the representative was exceedingly patient and accommodating. This Avis is very small but it’s comfortable, clean and inviting. It’s located in the back left corner of the parking lot! I felt taken care of and I’d hands-down rent from here again!”
