(May 30, 2019, 11:57 am)Kevin and Mary continue to provide the best service day in and day out for the members/clients of K&M Weightlifting. I’ve been a member of their gym since they were in Franklin and there is a reason why I continue training at their establishment. As a first responder my physical health is very important to me and the coaching I’ve received from Kevin and Mary has been very beneficial. I’m very pleased with the improvement I have made and continue to make as I train at K&M Weightlifting. If you want to see improvement physically whether it’s building muscle, nutrition, or getting back in shape Kevin and Mary will be there to help you along the way.

The facility and equipment is the best you’ll find around! Not only have I felt welcomed since day 1 but the tips from Mary and Kevin have helped keep my form in check!

Coaches Mary and Kevin as well as the other members develop a relationship with each member and do everything they can to make you the strongest version of yourself

(March 7, 2019, 12:23 pm)Kevin and Mary are the best. I've lifted and trained for years, but have never made strength improvements like the ones I've made since starting training here. All of my lifts have tremendously improved in just a short few months.
Not only have I gotten stronger, but my posture and mobility have seriously increased as well. I look forward to coming in every day and I couldn't recommend Kevin and Mary's gym enough! -

Talking specifically about the Olympic Weightlifting classes, they are very detail oriented and are very focused on improving your mechanics. You won’t believe how your lifts improve within a few weeks. Whether your goal is to be stronger, healthier, a better lifter or experiencing a great community, this gym is for you.
