Great guy who did a great job 4 my grandparents. Was professional n extremely considerate 2 them. It was goin 2 very hot the day he was supposed 2 come n do a job 4 them n bc the power would have 2 off most of the day, my grandfather would've been w/o the a.c. which he needs. So Mr. Faille had no trouble comin another day when it was cooler.

Thank you -thank you - thank you is all I can say to Jim Faille and his son for coming out right away and taking care of the work that needed to be done in order to get my electricity back on after a neighbors tree branch took out the streets electricity. Though my neighbors had electricity a few hours later, since the wires were taken clean off from my house the electric dept does not hook you back up till an electrician comes and fixes the wires on your house.

I highly recommend Faille Electric, they have any of my future business and referrals.

Another great thing about them is that they are a family owned and run business.
