He explained everything to us making sure we knew how the procedure was going to happen. Techs Nicole an Kristen showed nothing but compassion. Kathy McLacken was awesome. No one rushed us through the procedure. We got to hold Gracie for as long as we felt we needed. The Dewitt family made a horrible day just a little bit easier.”
