(January 20, 2016, 10:21 pm)My WHOLE experience at Urban Beauty Lounge in Quincy was amazing, start to finish. From the way the phone was answered and my questions were addressed, to their easy, go-to online booking option, the warm greeting everyone gave as you entered the spa, the top of the line treatment and products used, to the end result. I have had a full body spray tan, all sorts of waxing and cannot wait to get a set of lash extensions for my upcoming trip! Melissa, the owner, makes you feel so comfortable no matter what service you will be experiencing; I couldn't stop laughing or smiling when I saw the finished product. I have also had services performed by both Taryn and Liz and all of them are top notch. Urban Beauty Lounge has been recommended to my friends, family- anyone who will listen. I live in the City of Boston and travel to Quincy because there is no place better. Make sure to check it out.
