“I was hesitant about going to the Finishing Touch nail salon because of all of the poor reviews I saw online about them. However, I live a two minute walk away from the salon and thought that I might as well try it despite the low ratings. I do not know what this place "used to be like," but from my experience today it was pretty standard. I went in for a gel manicure and was pleasantly surprised. The manicurist was very nice and made polite conversation. The place is small, but had everything you need. I am glad my boyfriend convinced me to check it out myself rather than listening to everything people had to say online. I will be back soon, this time for a pedicure as well. I hope my review allows more people to see it for themselves, too.”

“I highly recommend At Ease Barber Shop to anyone who needs a good hair cut. I recently received my haircut from Ralph, who did an excellent job. I move around a lot and usually have a new barber every two years, and Ralph is one of the best. His shop is clean, and all of the barbers within the shop know what they are doing. He is also prior service, which makes it that much better. Support those who served for you. Appreciate it, Ralph!”

Their tenderness of service make it a pleasurable experience, even for those, like me, with significant anxiety around doctors/dental visits. “Me and my family have been using this hotel for roughly about 20+ years. Dennis and the whole staff have always been awesome and very helpful with anything you could need. The rooms are always super clean and ready to go. You are one street over from the Smithfield Outlets too so a great area for tourists and visiting the local areas too. Close to the highway too so its a great place to stay when you're stopping on the road for the night too!”

“I started working out with Liv in January 2018 to build strength and endurance for a challenging 8 day hike in the Alps that I was doing in the fall. With Liv's training I achieved my goal. I experienced a higher energy level and muscle strenght after a couple of weeks of training with Liv and my goal now is to continue training with Liv and the wonderful women in my class. Liv provides clear instruction and is attentive to everyone within the small classes, and fellow trainees are very supportive. Liv is safety conscious and truly cares for each of her trainees. “Franchesca is a very kind, personable, and helpful individual who cares about your success and provides you a plan to get better with a plan in place. She clearly explains what you need to do and helps you though it. She definitely knows what she is talking about and within a month of 2 times a week exercises and treatment with her guidance my serious chronic back noticeably felt better. Within the time slated for me by my treatment plan I was discharged with a plan in place to do certain exercises to treat my back pain myself. COVID NOTE- They do sanitize everything after use and the tables between clients.”

“Our Mom entered South Cove Manor September of 2018 for rehabilitation for her shoulder from a fall she had, she was 81yrs. She was on the first floor for about a month and a half. The Rehab team, Dr.’s/Nurses and Aids were wonderful. Our Mom was eventually moved to the 3rd floor long term care. I, Her son, visited our Mom during the day and at night. I work evenings so at night I would regularly visit Mom after midnight. The South Cove team accommodated us with a private room, I was grateful for that. Thai the nurse manager and the whole team nurses/aids were exceptional loving and caring people. Our family were always kept in the loop about my mother’s health. The aids were exceptional taking care of my Mom. She was always well kept and they would feed her everyday. I would also like to thank the support services Dietary, Housekeeping and Maintenance for there help, the place was always clean, the nutritious/hot meals alway on time and everything was always in good working order. Also like to thank the Administrator Li Chen/Managers of their prospective Departments. You all have such an important mission taking care of our elderly and we doubt very much that their are many Facilities that can match the quality of Care and Nurturing that we witnessed everyday on our visits. The Ciampoli Family and our Mother Dotty will be forever great full to everyone here at the South Cove Manor?”
