“I went in for a super random car issue. On my way into work I somehow sucked up some plastic that got twisted into my drive shaft. Mike, the tech working, was amazing. He was so helpful and explained everything to me in a simple to understand way. He also took the time to do some other quick evaluations of my car when it was up on the lift. He was able to get my car back into shape quickly and efficiently all while being very friendly as well. highly recommend.”

“My experience with Lou's was flawless. I came in last Wednesday for a free estimate regarding modifications to the exhaust on my w204 Mercedes c300. I was in and out with a price, details, and an appointment within 15 minutes of arriving. Today I went in for an 8am appointment to get the work done and it was completed efficiently and for a great price. The young lady at the desk was a pleasure to talk too while I was waiting, and the guys who worked on my car were fun, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. I recently had my car fully paint corrected, so I was a little nervous entrusting it to someone I didn't know. However, the car was returned to me without a scratch or blemish, and was obviously taken excellent care of. Everyone at Lou's is passionate about their work and it shows in the product they produce. I have no complaints and will certainly be a returning customer should I ever have the need. A friend recommended I check them out, and I can say with full certainty it was well worth the 45 minute drive. Thank you.”

“I walked into this shop having already Googled the cost of the repair that I knew I needed. I have been swindled in the past and knew the repair had an $80 sliding scale price range. Tom called me at work and quoted me at the absolute low end and asked if I'd like my Inspection Sticker done while they had the car anyway. My sticker expired in 2017 lol!.
