“Tim was the manager the entire 3 years i rented the unit. Not that you would expect many issues with a simple unit rental agreement, however the sign up and the move out were seamless. The property security functioned properly and I never had an issue with the unit. It’s not fair to only make negative comments when something goes wrong and not acknowledge when an agreement goes as expected. This contract was completed as promised. So well done Tim!!”
