It's a very good dojo overall, with excellent teachers and a great family friendly atmosphere. The adult classes taught a wide array of viable self defense techniques, both standing and ground fighting. My big complaint, based on years of self defense training, was there was too little attention to proper technique and stance development.
Nice people, great experience over all. If I had kids I would send them to Impact!
