“Ran a very rainy trail marathon here...and it was really great. Trails are pretty and most are run-able (if you're an experienced trail runner). Totally worth a visit.”

“Sen Ki- Land of Stone. You will see plenty of rocks while walking the trails this reservation that is managed by Hale Reservation and protected forever by the Westwood Land Trust. It won't take you long to walk the trails here but you'll be surprised by the variety in topography. Kids will enjoy climbing on the rocks and scrambling up hills. You get a decent view from the peak at the top of the white trail but the trees are getting tall enough that you won't be able to see far. You can follow the white trail all the way to Hartford Street, cross over and pick the short trail up on the other side. Then follow it across Twin Post Road and follow it all the way into the Oak Hill section of Hale Reservation. You can run for miles!”
