Ashley and another representative made my experience amazing. I had a previous issue, however I discovered that they are completely separated from corporate. My bad experience was with representatives from the corporate office over the phone. Ashley and the representatives made me feel like family. They engaged in conversation with me and I felt important. They made me feel like I mattered and they cared. My store experiences have always been great. I recommend this location to anyone who buys from Badcock!! Way to go guys you exhibited the true meaning of what customer service is supposed to look like. We used Quintissential Interiors to decorate several rooms in our house including a dining room, family room, breakfast room, and master bedroom. My wife and I have somewhat different tastes and we also wanted to give our traditional colonial house more of a modern and youthful decor. Linda was able to skillfully find the fine balance between our tastes and also tastefully update a traditional house. In the process, she saved us a ton of time and aggravation. Linda was very good at suggesting fabrics and colors that we probably would never have picked if we were doing it ourselves but ended up looking amazing. We could tell that she definitely has a vision of the finished product from the moment she steps in the room. Linda was also always accessible and easily reachable with questions. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend her.
