“My experience as being an employee of which I'm grateful to be working here is that with these curbside pickups and of the foolish timeframe that is mandated is Foolish!!! Theres no quality of work performed when one has to Rush in getting products out to an awaiting customer a.k.a. member outside!!! This leaves room for human error !!! Wheres the Rush and Fire in this expected performance??? Meanwhile, while trying to complete one curbside order completely w 100% care and perfection... the employee a.k.a. member gets chimed w another checkin etc etc .... while tending to a member at hand in club....... This system is wrong should be abolished!!! The person making 100k / year sitting up in his or her cubicle at corporate of whom instituted this game /race never had to perform this multi tasking duties !!!! Foolish and RIDICULOUS if you ask me !!! I'd rather give 100% to one endeavor, task, member as compared to 25% to 4 different tasks at once in leaving room for human error and bad ratings!!! I shall ! Wont!!! Can't or ever give this type of cheap customer service at all to no one ever !!! As well as this grading process!!! What are we back in kindergarten or grade school?? Leave the grading back there!!!! Lets stand out from the competition retailers out there by giving Quality !!! Not Quantity !!! Thanks for reading my concerns here !!!!
