“This is a great place for your hardware needs. It beings back the old customer service not seen in many of the big box store companies. They have a decent and varied array of items, from paint to cleaning supplies, even wine. The staff are all knowledgable and willing to help with advice and ideas. Today they even ran over to open the door on my my way out. It seems to be run by a group of very nice people.”

“I have to be honest, usually when I go into this Lowe's it is very difficult to find help however very recently since the Quincy Lowe's has shut down there are more staff on the floor. I had to visit Lowe's twice in one week. And both times the service was absolutely over-the-top incredible. I had a question about a faucet that I needed answered and the girl in the department who introduced herself to me couldn't have been more helpful unfortunately I forget her name and the following week I needed help with wiring a hard wire smoke detector and the gentleman who helped me out was unbelievably friendly and helpful and right when he told me what to do”
