What I really liked about the classes is that they were done on our schedule and in our home. The classes gave me and my husband some time to stop and take a breath. My first child was born via an unplanned c-section. It was important to me that my second pregnancy be as natural as possible. I was lucky enough to have Emily at the birth of daughter.
