The insurance company estimated the cost to be around $2,800.00. After Hi Tech checked it they found $12,000.00. Once the insurance company was notified of the difference, they approved the upgraded price. The professionalism of the entire team was amazing. This shop can do everything, and there's always some new eyebrow-raising infernal contraption in one of the lift bays when you go in (from heavy construction equipment to modded-out old classics and your average every Honda). “Premium customer service, at a price. Scheduling an appointment for an oil change was super easy and convenient on their website. Not many other mechanics have online scheduling so this was quite a delight. When I arrived, Derrick stated that diagnosing my check engine light might be awhile and that there was a loaner car available if I wanted one. Wow! Even though I didn't need one, this is highly thoughtful. An hour and a half later my car was done. There is a very clean wait room with padded chairs, complimentary snacks, assorted Kuerig coffees, and bottled water. There are also toys and chairs for kids. The synthetic oil change was $80 + $40 diagnostic + $13 in misc fees + $3 tax = $136 for my oil change and to know why my check engine light was on. My questions were thoroughly answered. I was never upsold and prices were announced at the beginning. If you're looking for bare-bone repairs at a minimum price, this ain't it. These guys are a premium mechanic who seem to pride themselves on excellent customer service and it is fair that they charge a premium price.”

“As usual, Mass Tire was excellent. My wife's Toyota Sequoia got a flat with an non-reparable gash in it, so we needed it replaced. Not only were they able to provide the new tire and install it quickly first thing in the morning, but because we had the very reasonably priced roadside assistance from buying tires there before, it cost about a third of what I was expecting to pay.
