“I have brought different vehicles to Mike and his crew over the years and he is always looking out for the customers best interest. There have been many occasions where I thought I was in for a hefty bill to repair my vehicle however Mike found the problem quickly and fixed the issue within hours. Neighborhood Auto is not like most of the mechanics out there, he does not install/sell you any unnecessary parts just for the work. he is very upfront and honest and even if you were a first time for us tomorrow you can feel comfortable knowing they’re not taken advantage of you or your situation. I highly recommend Neighborhood Auto and that is not something I typically say in a review, he has definitely earned my trust over the years and I would not even bother going to another mechanic.”

“Had these guys replace my windshield and they showed up on time and did a good job. Also I thought my insurance would not cover glass so I gave them a credit card to pay for the replacement. About an hour after the work was completed and they already ran my card and closed my work order I found out that I did have glass coverage. JN Phillips told me that I could get a claim number and they would void the transaction and they would put it through on my insurance. I was helped by both Kim and Tamika over the phone and I feel they went above and beyond what they had to do. Because of their help i was able to avoid having to file a claim and wait for a reimbursement from my insurance co. Thank You!”
