Definitely not the cheapest, but there were no hidden fees, they didn’t charge extra for tape and extra boxes needed to pack mirrors or art and they were on time both at origin and destination. My move coordinator, Bethany, kept me in the loop at all times and was always quick to respond when I had questions. All of my belongings made it safely to my destination unscathed. Trusting all of your worldly possessions with someone is so stressful - I had a great experience with Humboldt and would 100% use them again should the need arise.”

The JB Hunt’s delivery guy took a look and told me that the 25cu refrigerator is too heavy to bring up to the 2nd floor. This reason is unacceptable. Now I have to wait for another 2 weeks for the delivery and hopefully JB Hunt can resolve this problem. J. B. Hunt responses to me quickly and have my refrigerator delivered within a week. Thanks to Carli and Craig. They are nice and professional. We are happy with their delivery services.”
