Jason has provided the 4 of us with his knowledge and ability in strength training to help us progress to our individual goals. Plus he makes it fun!! I feel very comfortable in a small group setting with women only, & the pricing (which includes personal trainers) is amazing compared to other facilities that offer a personal trainer. My questions were answered immediately & the time it took to get an appointment was unbelievable. I inquired on a Friday & Monday I was in!
