Over those 40 years we had them side our home, install a bow window, replacement windows, new windows in additions, a sliding glass door, front and rear doors. Also, over the years they have returned to use up all the vinyl scraps that I was given when the house and garage were sided; to fix holes made by too aggressive weed whacking, an overzealous student driver and a grill moved too close to the house by a helpful but errant in-law. They have also re-screened some screens with pet friendly screening to keep both our cat and us happy. Collegetown’s work, whether new work or repairs, has stood the test of time. We have never hesitated to call them as their workers have always been polite, professional and provided the upmost quality of craftsmanship. Highly recommended.”

When it was time to buy a newer car, Rich had the dealer drop off the 2009 Toyota Rav 4 at his shop so he could look it over. He gave them a list of repairs that needed to be made before I bought the car. He didn't charge me a penny; he said that's what he does for his customers. “I called Mike at coops early Monday morning to have a car looked at further that I purchased on my own. He was very professional and honest asked me a few questions to try and figure out what should be done and once I got there he put it on the lift and checked it out to find out it was all rust and rotted underneath with multiple issues which is beyond my financial ability to fix it. He had me take a look at it all myself and explain every major problem that it had and concluded that it was not safe at all to be driving and it would cost a lot to fix (more than I paid for the car). I was able to bring that car back that day and return it. Coops was a huge help to me and finding out all the underlying problems and issues that I wouldn’t of noticed myself. I would highly recommend them for any problems as they were thorough, knowledgeable, and accommodating.”

“I stopped into the shop around 4pm on a Wednesday with a suspected flat tire. I only had to wait 5 min to be seen. He drove my car into the bay, took off my VERY tight wheel and quickly found the source of my leak was the nut around the pressure sensor. He showed me the leak, tightened the nut and demonstrated how the leak had stopped. Super nice and personable. Quick, professional, experienced service. Would definitely recommend.”

He installed a new hand control in my Toyota Sienna minivan, as well as totally rebuilding an older hand control for a friend of mine. Both hand controls work great. But more than that, Jim has an amazing range of ability in his machine shop -- all the way to full body work, even including cutting a vehicle in half and extending and modifying it.
