I had the best experience at this dealership. Jennifer was amazing and ensured a smooth and quick transaction. I first contacted the dealership after viewing a 2023 Jeep Compass online to learn more information about the vehicle. Jennifer coordinated a time for me to come in to test drive the vehicle and present my trade-in. When I returned from the test drive, she presented preliminary numbers to ensure I was making a sound financial decision. The application process and approval was simple and easy. The terms of my trade-in and purchase was well communicated. Jennifer coordinated my insurance and registration needs, and confirmed the car would be available for pickup within 2 days. When I presented to pick up the vehicle, it was detailed nicely and Jennifer patiently walked me through any additional questions I had about the car or purchase! I had the pleasure of working with Matt who went above and beyond with getting me into the perfect car. He spent a lot of time making sure everything was reasonable and made sure I had full understanding of the process which made it a lot easier for me. He took his time walked me through step by step of the process. He was great with communication on everything that was going on with the car. He was really friendly and provided a comfortable environment as waiting at a car dealership can be long sometimes but he made sure I had everything I needed while I waited. My husband and I came to this dealership to check out a wrangler we saw online. Everyone was very friendly greeting us on arrival. We then met Matt our salesman who was super nice. He got us right into test driving the jeep we wanted to see and suggested to drive other ones similar. I’m glad he did because I didn’t have to sacrifice having the tires I wanted for a smooth ride I get both! Jeff aka “Tiny” in financial was super awesome paperwork was a breeze. And shout out to Julio in financial for being such a nice guy. The dealership has a great selection and everyone there is excited and friendly! Very excited about my new jeep just in time for summer!!
