“I was in the market for a secondary car. Something I could use as my daily driver. But I wanted something that was classy not to expensive. I went to South Shore Auto Mall and got a great deal on one of my favorite cars which is the Mercedes E350. It’s older but fully loaded and and miles were very low. I have had no issues with this car at all. I also had the car looked over at Mercedes. The car was very well maintained. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a good used car to go see Shant. Very honest easy going guy. I seen this car at other dealerships but at least $3,000 more or with much higher mileage at the price point I got my car for. I would definitely buy another car from this dealer.”

“My search for a used Honda Fit with a manual transmission and low mileage took me to this car dealership all the way on the other side of the state from where I live. There are few things I hate more than buying cars because people always try to con you and do the hard sell. Additionally as a woman I will say that more than once I have experienced chauvinistic, condescending behavior from car salespeople, which is pretty appalling. When I spoke with Bob on the phone, he understood I was coming from Western Mass. and he said he would put the keys aside for me and if someone else wanted to look at the car he would explain I had first dibs and was on my way. When I arrived he handed me the keys and said go check it out and if you like it bring it around to the front and I'll put plates on it and you can test drive it. The hands off approach was so refreshing and lovely. The car was great and he handled the rest of it with me from across the state with clear communication and responsiveness. When I returned to pick up the car, everyone was ready for me and I was in and out of the dealership in an hour. Bob and the rest of the staff treated me with respect and did not play any games. The car is in great shape and everyone there was so professional and straightforward. I would glady drive two and a half hours again next time I need a car.”
