This was not a first time I have used a real estate attorney and there was a stark difference – Ken was there to ensure a smooth transaction and protect our interests in the best possible way - not to just glance over the docs, try to make quick money by selling some other services/referrals, and show up for the closing, which is unfortunately not uncommon with other attorneys.
