Pot Roast. 3-4lb bottom of the round roasting bag. 5 small Yukon potatoes 1 cup red wine. 2 cups baby carrots 1 16oz cans beef broth. 1 Clove garlic chopped Roasting bag (optional). Rix meat mix. 1 onion diced. Preheat oven to 325 degrees, Season the roast.
