High quality items, not overpriced or underpriced in any way, friendly service and courteous customers. The most important way for a business to thrive isn't based on their inventory, it's based on their attention to details and their appreciation for their customers and clientele. It's so nice to have a store nearby where I can pick up some of the necessities without having to go into Boston. Even in the Boston or Salem shops, you're purchasing items that are half the quality of Ms. Bee Haven and it's probably going to be twice as expensive.
