I'm happy to say I had a pretty good experience buying a car at Coastal VW and my situation was probably more complicated than the average car buyer. The staff was very helpful and super friendly. I never felt like I was pressured into getting something I didn't want like that other quirky place I went to before coming here. They offered me more for my trade in and were very flexible with the price of what I really wanted. I'm happy with me experiencing and I'm sure you will be too!
(March 25, 2019, 5:22 pm)I had such a great experience at coastal Volkswagen in Hanover ma! I needed a car within a couple days and these folks had patience and found me the perfect car! The salesmen and the management were great they listened to what I was looking for and gave me a great deal on my car! Everyone there was so great- Chris, Evan, Shaun, Joe& Amanda. I would highly recommend this place if your looking for great Volkswagens and great deals! Thanks again folks!????

(February 14, 2019, 2:38 pm)I met Richard twice before leasing a new vehicle and both times he answered all my questions without the typical sales pitchy vibe which I despise, so that was a win. He was friendly, easy going, and thorough. Even after the transaction is complete I feel like I can count on him with any questions which is an important part of the process.

(January 21, 2019, 6:31 pm)Richard Grant is a very professional and personable salesman. He did not pressure me and made me feel like a valued customer. He was able to answer questions, and was extremely knowledgeable with the features within the car. He made this experience pleasurable and exciting. He was very helpful with setting up and explaining the technology in the vehicle. I would definitely look for Richard when I purchase another vehicle ( although that won’t be for awhile). I am very pleased with the car, and the salesmanship. Thank you, Richard!
