(February 17, 2023, 4:00 pm)I’m very pleased using Sullivan Tire. I made the appointment on line…they were ready for me this morning at 9:00 AM. My vehicle was finished before the time that I would need it. Hopefully you will be waited on by George. A true gentleman that understands what customer service is all about.
(July 2, 2022, 7:06 pm)They did a great job. I need some tires on short notice and they were able to get the order in and tires installed over a holiday weekend. Pretty seamless experience.
(November 26, 2019, 4:33 pm)The store manager, George, knows me and made sure I had the service I needed. I setup the appointment online and he discussed with me and adjusted it when I dropped the car off. He always explains any service and what's needed now or can wait til next time. I've been going to the Hanover location since 1993 and have had great service every time.
