FCI's Glen Thornton was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and responded quickly to all of our follow-up questions. Our new floors look spectacular thanks to the high quality product and Glen's installation team who also were professional, friendly, and extremely efficient. We're thrilled with the new flooring in our living space and have already shared our great experience with FCI with friends and family.
