“I love the hands on personal attention I receive. The ladies in my class are fun and friendly. I love walking in and being greeted by the instructors with a big smile and lots of enthusiasm! The exercises are fun and they change them up and make it interesting. If you have any physical limitations like a bad knee or shoulder they are great about working around that. It is more money than some of the large clubs. But we’ll worth it for the personal attention and a real “no judgement zone”!!!”
