The exercises are fun and they change them up and make it interesting. If you have any physical limitations like a bad knee or shoulder they are great about working around that. It is more money than some of the large clubs. But we’ll worth it for the personal attention and a real “no judgement zone”!!!”

“Easily the worst waiting experience for food I’ve had. I went in to the shop around noon on November 1st and placed an order for a Large Chicken Teriyaki with only cheese. I understand that a sub shop can be busy and hectic around that time but I watched numerous people come in after me and place detailed orders and receive it before me. I was asked 3 times what I ordered and I told them 3 times “chicken teriyaki with only cheese” finally after all this time they hand me a sub and say that they gave mine to someone else and asked if teriyaki stir fry is ok? Furious and impatient at this point I just took the sub and left. Seems like great food but I won’t ever go back there if you paid for my food. Waste of my time”
