Upon arriving Angie went above and beyond in customer service when she saw we are Elite members and upgraded our room to a suite. After an unfortunate turn of events, we needed to extend our stay and Andrew was kind and generous to make sure we had a place to relax and wait. We were blessed and very thankful for their kindness in a difficult situation. These are great people and great customer service!

This is my second week at this Fairfield Inn location. The rooms are clean, the breakfast selection is great. In addition to eggs and sausage, there has been a variety of foods offered, which is good. My best part was meeting Gidget during my stay. She has a pleasant attitude and I watched her greet each guest with a smile and even offered suggestions for places to eat. As a former customer service representative, it's good to know that there are employees like Gidget giving caring customer service.

Jenny at the front desk was awesome and got me and two co-workers into our rooms quickly. The hot breakfast is out of this world good, with new items every morning- like sausage egg sandwiches and breakfast tacos joining the oatmeal, cereals and eggs. Rooms are lush and quiet, and it's close to lots of restaurants and shopping spots.

We had a conference here twice and both times the service was great. The restrooms are clean and upkept.

The location makes it very accessible from both Hwy 80 and the I-20.

There is an outdoor pool and a workout room. Great location and good service.
