After I was done the store manager called to see if I had any questions and give me update on what comes next! Super friendly, super easy service, definitely recommend 10 out 10!

(November 23, 2021, 7:53 am)Online reservation and confirmation was really easy. Much easier than a few of their competitors sites (I comparison shopped a few places). The same size unit at Extra Space Storage was almost TWICE the price at competitors just 1.5 miles down the road. The facility was really clean (inside and out) and well taken care of (fresh paint, no potholes in asphalt). There is a gated fence where you enter your provided code to gain access to the storage units. My unit was supposed to have a lock left inside it, but there was no lock. I went to the office and Tiana was very friendly and quickly looked up the new reservation and provided me with the lock, without issue. The unit itself was spotless, even though Tiana let me know that the previous renter moved out just the day before. Each unit appears to have it's own light with pull string. A very good experience and I'm glad I went with Extra Space Storage vs. their competitors.
The short: Great facility with awesome customer service.
